Yes. The JioSaavn app is free to download and install on both Android and iOS. Streaming is free with ads. Optional Pro subscription unlocks offline and ad-free features.

Why does the app ask for storage permission? +

Storage access is needed only if you want to download songs for offline listening (Pro feature). You can deny it and still stream online without issues.

Can I use the same account on phone and computer? +

Absolutely. Sign in with the same credentials on the mobile app and the web player at jiosaavn.com. Your playlists, likes and recently played will sync automatically.

The download is stuck. What should I do? +

Check your internet connection, free up some storage space, and try again. On Android you can also clear the Play Store cache. If the problem continues, restart your device and re-attempt the download.
